Hello, I hope this Blog finds you and your family/ friends safe and well in what is an unprecedented and strange time. As I am sure you are all aware that due to current Government guidelines all events/ parties have been postponed for the foreseeable future. I am writing to you all today to explain our stance, as a small business, during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
First and foremost is the safety of you all and our entertainers so all events have been postponed/ cancelled until it is safe to resume. I have been in contact with all current bookings and offered the chance to reschedule your event or I can issue a full refund of any deposit you may have paid. Even though that means it is a tough time for us financially I believe it is the best way to move forward and keep the fantastic relationship we have with you all. I am also hopeful that when things do start to return to normal that you will have no hesitation in rebooking with us.
I am still contactable on email and my mobile – as I am safely working from home during this time. This means I am able to deal with any children’s party enquiries that will occur in the future (once restrictions have been lifted) – I took a booking juts last week for a party in October in the hope that by then we will be out of Lockdown – if we are not, then a full refund/ rescheduling option will be offered. This is a great way that you can give yourselves something to look forward to once we have overcome the Pandemic. Do get in touch if this is of interest to you.
